Do I need to get in great shape before coming into the club due to the high intensity of the workouts?
No, although the workouts are intense, you can always go at your own pace, and modifications will always be provided. Our workouts are designed for people of all ages and fitness levels.
I don’t want to get hit, are your boxing/kickboxing classes physical contact workouts?
No, the only thing that will get hit in our classes are the heavy bags. All boxing and kick boxing classes are invidualized workouts in a group fitness setting.
What do I need to bring to class? How early should I arrive?
We suggest bringing a towel and water bottle to class, although water bottles are also provided for purchase at the club. For your first time, you should always show up 15 minutes early to meet your fitness instructor, and go over any basics that may be necessary for your work out.
Can I bring my children with me?
Childcare is not provide at HFC, however children over the age of 8 are able to work out at the club and become members through our family membership option!
